Just trying to learn how posting a picture works. This is a great group, I've learned so much here. Hoping to post more as I get the hang of it all. I've only had my k10d a few weeks.

Opps - realized I'm in the wrong forum -- I wanted to post the main pentax forum. Sorry -- don't know how to delete and start over.

BBC,

you don't have to link to an off forum image to post one unless you want to post more that one in the same reply.

Hi Pastorbbc,

Nice first pic post! I don't think that anyone will count posting pics in the lens forum a serious mistake -- with LBA rampant among us, I think that just about everyone visits both fora frequently, so I don't think it'll be missed. . . but since it is the lens forum, you could at least have mentioned the lens used. . . :-)

Looks good to me. That Tamron lens has a nice walk-about focal range. The shot you posted is pretty sharp - is the lens that sharp through it's whole range?

Now we're talking about the lens, so the post is in the right forum!

Thanks everyone -- I look forward to learning more from this great group.

The Tamron is sharp thoughout - I guess I got (as some say) a good copy.

Also, Ishino - I sent you a PM
