I bought mine in May of last year, when he was still taking offers. I offered $185 whichhe accepted. It was $197 total with shipping.

That was one of my better purchases. I've purchased a bunch of Pentax stuff in the last couple of years due to my compulsive LBA that so many of us suffer from.
It doesn't help that I'm been unemployed for quite a while, but I have such cool stuff!!

Wish I had bought mine when he was still taking offers. At least he didn't raise his price with the beginning of the new year - it seems like lots of other people have. I still think it's worth this price, but that's my opinion.

I know everybody speak very well of this lens, but at that price ( for a used lens ) I would just add a little more and get a new/used Tamron 90mm or Sigma 105mm.

Got mine New from Him for that price and haven't regretted it one bit. One of m,y very favorite ones!! You'd think some one else would get one and do a rebuild of it in the exact same configuration. Mass produced today you should be able to cut that cost a little. One thing..The build on this is far superior to most of what is put out today at that price range! IMO...and Harriet's is 2 cents mine is only a mil!

A used one just sold on eBay for $261.

Makes mine sound cheap now!
