What do we know about that device? Is it a slide focus system?

The Ruskie 'Foto Snaiper' has a less than really convenient thumb operated focus though the hand grip is rather nice, I have one of them.

My own foto sniper bracket has a twist operated focus on the front handle and although I am rather proud of the smooth action of the cable system I used the twist focus is not without its little drawbacks and one of them is that trying to firmly brace the bracket to take the shot does tend to defocus the lens.

I'll pass right now as the Bigma is still light weight to me. Later maybe when I can't hold it well. Good price there though.

Should be a good one too Roy. I'll maybe need one in a few years as the arthritis creeps on into my hands. Too much Kung Fu.
