i've got the M28/2.8 and the tamron A28/2.5
both are great....

So, how does this attach to the camera? I've never seen a mount like that. Not that I've seen a ton!

Go here for the information on T4 and TX lenses. Also a little history of Vivitar and Soligor.

A small part of it as an explanation.
Adapter is inserted into the rear of the lens. A little wiggle may be required to mate properly. Twist the lock ring clockwise to lock them together.

This allows a lens to be used on all brands of cameras as the mount is removable and interchangeable.
