Great shots, surely action enough!
But I can't understand why these guys want to punish themselves this way (esp. last shot):-) Kjell |

All great shots, but that last one is really cool.
How do you find a M42 lens on the K10D? Do you just press the green button to meter? Or it more technical? The reason I ask, is that you seem to have got it mastered while shooting fast action. Dal |

The shot with the old 400mm is very impressive, looks "better" than the 80-320mm zoom. (Can't put my finger on the reason, a combination of sharpness, bokeh and colour that is hard to categorize, thus the scientific term "better")

All four shots are good, but I agree with Ira that the first one taken with the 400mm is more pleasing..
What methodology are you using to capture such fast moving subjects with a M42 manual focus lens??.. Are you picking a spot & waiting for the kayakers to enter before tripping the shutter??.. Bruce |
