Now seing Anhinga, Tri-color Heron, and Great Egret Chicks. Some chiks are venturing out of their nest, some testing wings (saw none actually trying to fly yet). Nest building activity is still going on. Posting photos of this and some other distractions around the lake.

Great shots! Ed The dragon fly has excellent bokeh and is razor sharp! Love the butterflies as well...the Egret too...heck, they are all spectacular. Sounds like you are putting the 300mm to good use!
