Yummy!
Nice shot, and yes, you've got the focus adjustment spot on!

That really works, looks like you have the focus adjustment dialed in very well - canít get any better than that!

Thanks-learning curve for the K3ii & DA 55-300 PLM was long for me-maybe because I am 72-but comfortable with it now. Been shooting Pentax since 1980 & this was the most difficult-not user friendly

How come not user friendly? In what way? I donít have the lens so I donít know. I am intrigued by it though, and thereís been a certain amount of hype about it, too, so Iím curious.

Started off in the digital era with the Ist DS-great camera-sill own (2) Next was the K10d (bad idea) then K20d (worse idea). Graduated to the K5IIs-IMHO the best digital camera I have ever bought-still have (2). None of the mentioned bodies ever needed focus adjustment-maybe I was just lucky. Got caught in the hype of the K3II and PLM-supposedly much faster focusing-in the real world it is only a smidge better than my original DA 55-300. First clue was that the NYC store where I purchased it would not accept a return even though it was within the 30 days. Probably had too many requests to return.. I have about (15) Pentax lenses-including (4) Ltd's. All of them need focus adjustment-based on what I have read about Precision Camera I would never send anything to them for adjustment.. So far I have adjusted the PLM 55-300, DA 16-45, DFA 100 2.8 Macro, FA 50 1.7, DA 40 2.8 Ltd, & DA 15 F4 Ltd. The science project is now on hold. I have seen your outstanding work over the years and I don't think there would be any noticeable improvement over what you already have in your collection.
