Bees love the Spanish Lavenders, swarming over them. The individual florets are small -the size ofthe bee's head, but there are a lot of them. They do not sit long because of the small amount of nectar in each one. You have to shoot quickly with a close focusing telephoto so as not to disturb them.

Those are really well done. I like #2 the best, because it has a nice background and the bee is easy to see. Glad you are using the long lens so as not to, as Winnie the Pooh would say, make the bees suspicious!
