Awesome pictures! I've never tried this, but these are about the best I've seen recently. I'm another one that finds noise at 1600 now hit-or-miss. Before it was pretty constant, but now I can get some pretty good pictures. Come to think of it, I haven't tried any ISO 1600 since I upgraded to 1.30. My camera definitely meters differently with this firmware, maybe the noise characteristics are a bit different too.
