![]() My wife went to the Salon to have her nails done this morning. So, I had a little time to kill. I drew a one mile radius circle around my house, got in my truck and took these photos. enjoy "The Good Life." Low Tide on the Marsh. ![]() "Home Sweet Home" ![]() . ![]() . ![]() . "You might be a Redneck, if!" ![]() . ![]() . ![]() . ![]() . ![]() I could never have imagined that there could be that much contrast in such a short distance until I moved into my current home. Which, BTW, is somewhere in between those. ![]() |

Hi Eddy,
I think that this was a great idea. . . and nicely done! When it warms up a bit, I'm going to try to do something similar. I don't know if I'll be able to capture such a wide range from mansions with fountains or palm lined driveways to trailers, but I'm sure there will be some surprises since I live in one of the few unicorporated areas pretty close to Chicago. Our local zoo groundhogs didn't see their shadows, but another one did, so I don't know when that warmup's gonna be. . .:-) Scott |

Those are great!
And I though you guys put the truck up on blocks and now I see it is the boat. We actually have the same thing here, but it will have to wait until it warms up a bit before I can get the same kind of shots you did. Connecting my Laptop through my mobile phone, boy is it slow. Tom |

Interesting set of photos. I might try something like this, but it wouldn't be half as interesting or diverse. I could find almost as much diversity, but it would have to be a 10 mile radius.
