I read the posts all the time, and enjoy others photos. Decided it was time I posted something.

Any advice gladly welcome.

Looking for help on this one. What could I have done with the cloud opening in the middle of the frame. It was getting ready to rain. (Actually, had started when I stepped out from under the trees.) But, I really wanted this shot up the walkway.

Not sure that this one merits anything. I really liked the way the tree sort of protected this single stone and the way the light shone through the leaves.

The only PP done to any of these was some cropping and a levels adjustment.

WOW!!!

Wonderful colors. I have always wanted to go back east to see the fall colors.

Great colors and AWESOME choice of perspective in the first two. I'm aftaid I'm going to have to steal that idea this fall :)

Love the viewpoint and the colors. I'm no photo expert, so the second one's white sky doesn't bother me in the least - just adds to the feeling of fall weather. I wouldn't change anything as I find them interesting and different.

I love the color particularly the 1 st image showing what is on the ground and what is still up . Lately I have not been that inspired. Maybe I will do some imitation with a Zenitar shooting similar scene.
We have not had the full fall color yet. Very very warm indeed particularly this time of the yr

Thank you...Thank you...Thank you for this awesome series!!! Not sure if you saw me begging for fall colors a couple of weeks ago, but this really fixed my need for the leaves! It's a toss up for my favorite...but I think I'll go with #1...wonderful idea of the view! To be perfectly honest, I really didn't notice the white sky in #2 at all...too busy enjoying all of the leaves & colors!

Thanks for sharing!

Thank you everyone. I was taking them for a local photo contest. Now I'm not so afraid to submit them. Wasn't sure they were any good.

Ron, I had seen your post asking for colors. There just hadn't been much around here yet. Had gone up north last weekend, but didn't get anything great. Didn't have time to go back up there this weekend.

I must admit, I didn't get on the ground to take these. Set the camera settings I thought I could use, put the camera on the ground and pushed the button. I couldn't decide whether the shoot the leaves on the ground or on the trees and decided this would work.
