why when i post here with the [img, in front of the url for a pic like this http://www.texasbostons.com/mac.jpgand the /] at the end i don't get to show the image instead of the code???

like this [img]http://www.texasbostons.com/mac.jpg[/img]

never tried this before, first i thought it has something to do with the size , but after a little test in the preview, that is not the problem.
I think it is the style of the link

does not work (bold, blue)

works (just plain text, no bold and or other color):

when i paste in the url it's bold and i can't change it. let me try notepad for the copy/post..

ok alex,
using notepad seems to work fine as long as the url is not in bold. think i'll try it in bold using notepad. i like the preview option but i've lost many long posts because of it. also i'll make all bold/italic..



now it gets rid of any format used in notepad
