I sat camped out on the back porch for 40 minutes trying to capture some humming birds. I had quite a few pictures at the end of it all, and this was probably one of the better ones.

I used my k110d with sigma 70-300 on the tripod with the cable release and extension cord.

It would be nice to substitute the feeder with a flower, but that will have to wait.

That's a nice one. There is one male that keeps all the others away form my feeders...Been tempted to pot shoot him with a BB gun to let the others in but another one would just take his plce...Just kidding about the gun too...He is more entertaining than a room full of drunk monkies with cans of wipped cream...LOL
