    Ira! You've been talking about retirement. I think you better change that to "so called retirement", I don't think you'll waste much time on the couch.

    The award is very inventive, never saw anything like it. Very nice!

    Your subject does not seems to be very skittish. It is odd that you took that 1/200s. Anyway who cares. What counts is the stellar image. I have not taken any B&W nor did I convert anything to B&W. Got to learn the tricks you are so good at.
    MS powertoys (a freebie only for XP) is really good in resizing en masse.
    Thanks for sharing. I should have tried something similar with my F50mmF1.7

    Very nice ira, a peaceful and honest portrait. You were right to leave it the way it is, it really has an atmosphere of calm to it.

    Just another example, this one shot in even lower light (same lens). Not sharp, but I like the "look" it has. This is the director of our recent play.
