Tullio, those look very peaceful, capturing the atmosphere of the garden. Amazingly they could have been taken from the Japanese Garden in Monaco that we visited last year. Thepond is almost exactly the same! By the way, we were invited as guests. We don't make a habit of hobnobing with the ultra wealthy of Monte Carlo!

Thanks, nhmom and Glenn (my son's name with "nn" as well) for your comments. We have about 3-4 Japanese Gardens located in different surrounding cities. They are all very very similar to each other andopen for visitation at nocharge. This particular one is usually very crowded, specially on weekends when families go for a visitso the kids can entertain themselves feeding the Koifish.

I like your koi - did you use a polarizer or was the light such that you didn't get much reflection? There are a couple of koi at the botanical gardens, but usually there's so much glare off of the water, that it's almost impossible to get a decent picture without a polarizer.
