Here are two magpies that come around here a lot. I need to chase them a bit to get them in flight when their plummage is beautiful. But for now this will have to do!

We also have Magpies out here in Western Canada..but they differ, they don't have any blue, just all black and white.

Lesmore, these guys are almost black and the blue onlyshows upin bright light.
You are right Dawg, it was early morning. I wish I had your set up to get a bit closer. I took this with the Sigma 100-300 DL that you encouraged me to use more and I have been with some nice results! Thanks! Glenn |
