Here is mine the Washington State Flower Coast Rhododendron Rhododendron macrophyllum with a bee leaving in a hurry.

K10D -ISO 100 - 1/60 - f/7.1 - kit lens 55mm - cloudy - SR on

So where are the images from the southern hemisphere?

Its about 35 miles east of Panama City Beach Fl. "Port St. Joe Beach"

Does this qualify? It's summertime here so the favorite colors are - the blue sky and blue ocean, white sand beach, and a cold gold bottle of beer.

Nols - that works for me. I'm surprised no one has posted pictures of a bar-be-que cooking chicken or burgers yet.

I'm thinking about deleting my rose and submitting the picture of the white flowers I posted in the lenses section, taken with the lowly K-mount Takumar.

H, not sure i'd do that... your rose is right up there on top. it's as good as it gets. i know it blows me away.
