Went out today, took the pentax 50-200mm kit lens I had recently aquired spotted two of these in a place they shouldnt have been. I think the lens really did a good job.

They are beautiful. What drug do you feed them? I got closer than ever yesterday, only some 100 mtrs/yds. Didn't have my camera and too dull anyway.

Very nice Terry, I think the 50-200mm is an undervalued lens and you did a nice job with it. Come to Florida Kjell, we have a comfortable couch and I am pretty sure I could get you nice sandhill crane shots with a 50mm lens!
