Hello my dear Pentax K10D owners & future owners or fans!
Today I decided to "Try" the 1600 ISO issue + as always I PP with my Neat Image "Demo" free software + cropping after so trough my Picasa 2.7 photo organizer. I use "P" setting, "Spot" light meter....more information...sorry I forgot it! ![]() Trust that you will be not disappointed!:? #2 is my kind of shot, too. Well done with the pp - I use Neat Image too and have been very pleased with the results most of the time.

I still like the first version the best, Alex. Without the other details it makes be believe it could be the leaf of some rare plant deep in a rainforest, the tiny bit of light slipping through the canopy illuminating a lone spot. The noise is also more apparant in the brighter version distracting from the overall composition.

Definitely prefer the original #2. It's the dark hints of other leaves with the oneso brightthat I love (like high contrast pictures).
