No cigars. From what I have read about Great Herons, the male builds the nest before mating.He thenassists in incubation and feeding of the young.
I am not sure if that is Mom or Dad in the photo, apparently they use teamwork to raise the young. I gave Mom credit since she had to lay the eggs. Ed |
