Thank you Harriet. I'm still looking and the one you mention seems a reasonable way to go.. By the way...Really like your night photo....I got to do more night tripod work myself...With my DX6490 I did a lot of night time shooting but it had a built in zoom and the best you could do was 2.8 at wide open. An example follows...

I like the last one - there's something about winter snow and night lights that just add such a special touch to a photo.
