I sort-of tried it when I first got the K1, but couldn't quite figure out how to process the file. At the time the official Pentax software was the only one that supported it and I didn't get my head around how to do it. I think Raw Therapee is supposed to support it, but I haven't tried to figure it out.

If you do figure it out, post how and what you did to see results.

I have exactly the same experience. I tried the pixelshift, and could see that in-camera processing did work. But I never figured out how to process the pictures in post process.
I could see a difference in picture quality, but the "normal" single-frame is soo good I never spent the effort to get further.Kjell

Haven't tried it yet-using my K3ll. I set the camera to DNG for RAW files & Jpegs. So are you saying you process everything in RAW? Should I change it to the Pentax mode instead of DNG?
Thanks
