These were JPeg, though I did shoot Raw at the same time, but they didn't need any real PP so I used the JPegs.

I only got this lens when I got my K20D, I dashed back to Oz to collect my K20D and grabbed on of these off the shelf at the same time. I didn;t reallyneed the lens as I have a 10-20mm and a 24mm prime and a 28-70mm f/2.8, so the focal range was well and truly covered.

However I am impressed with the Macro focal range.

These arequite eye pleasing images; smooth yet the fine details are still thereI'm also happy to see that the 17-70 keeps up well with the14 MP sensor of the K20D.So, I can assume that won't even have to upgrademy 17-70 on the K10D if I decide to upgradetoK30D someday :G(unless ithas a FF sensor)

Btw, I should also say that I find Harriet's iso 3200 shotsreally impressive!
