Hi Ed,
Nice captures !, Your robins are a very different bird in appearance to ours. (I don't Have a current picture) they're not too easy to shoot.
I wish our spring would get a move on, we had a very severe frost last night, which will no doubt have killed off a lot of new growth that was appearing. ... Jack.

Nice pics again. I just saw my first Robin up here tonight, but it was too dark to get a pic. We have a snow storm comming in tonight, so I hope that the little guys don't freeze their wings off.

i got one also.. same shadow problem as yours.. seems hard to get shots without the shadows..

Very nice, Ed. Our birds must all be snug as bugs somewhere.

We're getting pouring rain tonight and it's supposed to freeze early in the morning. Should be a great commute to work. That is, if I can get out of my driveway. I might need paddles. Earlier I had four foot piles of snow in the yard. The rain is helping them disappear - right into my garage and pooled in the driveway!

I can hardly wait for spring this year.

No. 1 is my fav.

Such bokeh in birdie shots is very rare. Normally they are distracting branches. Job well done. Next time can you tell the robin to turn around. Kind of nitpicking
