These were shots made in the distillery (or formerly distillery )area of Toronto, typically a tourist fixture in a yuppie area.
Gallery shop ![]() Typically a Canadian establishment-coffee shop ![]() Daniel , Toronto |

Love the first one Daniel. The second is a good one for the wide angle.

Is that somewhere on Younge St I'm guessing... think I have been there.. about 18 years ago when in upstate NY, and visiting step mother's family in the area.
Father and step mom had a condo you could almost look down into the Sky Dome if the roof was open.... well at least one side of the field. (24th flr) |

Beautiful shots, Daniel.
I really love the first one. The lighting is exactly the kind I like, and you captured it perfectly. |

Daniel,
You posted the second shot before haven't you? That or I sure remember seeing it somewhere else. I remember the guy in the white shirt withhis hand or the girls bottom. |

Ishino & Rodney Thanks for taking time to comment. I did post an similar /earlier pict ![]() The chandelier (original : http://www.pbase.com/danieltong/image/77588067/orginal ) immediately drew my attention and I thought the protrait mode (all the way to the top) was more impressive. But looking back this one (landscape mode with more width and defished besides the groping hand of course) has another 3D touch. ![]() I am the type that I hate dictating to people what is good or bad. Your view (in terms of impact or the lack thereof) is more relevant. Ishino, To answer your question: it is not the same pict re groping hand. Daniel , Toronto |

Thanks for looking. The location is around a mile away from Yonge St. The portrait view (as shown above) is equally interesting I believe. Gazander: Your handling of light is unique (re your glass and leaf shots of your DA40mm). I know you like the first one with or without the minor overexposure. I could have cropped off part of the bottom. Yeah too lazy. Daniel, Toronto |
