Do you like it? lol!

His name is Bertie, got him on Saturday and he's kept me on me toes ever since, great fun, am worn out but having so much fun with him. Had his first jab yesterday, second one in two weeks time and a week after that we can go for walkies which I am really looking forward to.

The other animals are less than impressed but they will all get used to each other eventually. How I've missed having a dog this past year and one month!

He definitely is a cute one!!! Is he a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel?

He poses very well . . . What camera and lens did you use for the photo?

Yes, he's a Cavalier King Charles, lovely natured dogs which was why I went for one of them.

Believe it or not, I was sat on the ground with Bertie on my lap, using one hand to hold onto him and the other to hold the camera (my DL2 with kit lens) and just guessed where to aim. I did however use autofocus, think manual would have been impossible somehow! lol!

There weren't any Bostons available, not near enough for me to be able to get to anyway, plus, I know next to nothing about the breed whereas Cavaliers I know enough about to get by and know alot of Cavvy owners too who will be able to give me advice along the way.

Bostons are lovely though eh.
