I'm new to dSLR photography, but love my new K100D. I tokk this last night whilst waiting for my train into London and wondered what you might think (constructive critisism welcome) :-)

It was taken by hand with a 1 second exposure, ISO 200, 28mm lensset tof/2.8

I must admit to being somewhat skeptical about SR; but your picture is definitely making me a believer. I am very interested in learning the science behind SR, if anyone would care to elaborate.

Super picture! Jay

The first one is really wonderful - not sure I could do 1 sec. even with the K100D, so my complements go to the photographer for a very steady hand.

Hi Jay,

The K100D has been reviewed on this site, if you follow this link Steve gets very technical in describing the SR

Glad everyone likes the train pic :-)

Very nice. I've gotten a lot of shots that I wouldn't have with my DS.Handheld birdphotos at 1/125s at 300mm (450 cropped). If that isn't proof it works, nothing is..............If I wasn't at work right now, I'd post a photo...cheers......Don

First one is excellent, but I'd work on the colors/whitebalance of the 2nd one. that would make it look much nicer.
