Been away for a week. Got back today. Took around 1500 pics, kept 750, of which 500 are real good. Bought a laptop before going away, best move I made. I could load on the days pics and delete the crap using PPL.

Now I have loaded them onto my main computer and should be able to process them properly in around a week or so. (maybe jpg IS the way to go LOL).

One ofabout 50-60from a Sea-Life Centre.Sigma 70-300mm.

Darren

PS found the combination of DA 50-200mm and the Sigma 70-300mm lens was great for the falcolnry display!

Great shots, Darren! Now, I assume that the larger bird is a falcon but I'm not sure about the owl & the smaller bird? Also, were these in the UK or elsewhere? Thanks for posting & looking forward to the other 495 shots:-)

Thanks Ron.

Smaller bird was a Kestrel, and the owl was a Horned Owl (I think!). and yes it was in the UK.

Darren

Must get a free website organised to make posting easier. As it is it still takes me 10-15 mins per image in CS2 till I am happy with them.

Nice shots and they are of an activity that is almost unknown here in the US. Very cool, #5, and #6 are my favorites. Which version of the Sigma 70-300 are you using?

All very nice, but I especially like #5. Looks like the bird is talking, too!
