I managed to get some really nice photos with an old 45-125 K lens on the *st D camera. There's something to be said for backwards compatability!

I can only see one of the pictures, #1, but that one is a winner! OK, good lens, but it could do nothing without the photograper.

Thanx for the comments! I actually did frame it, it's in the lobby of a friend's business. I also made one for myself, but not quite so big.

Amazing color and sharp sharp pict as well. You must have taken this from a vessel. I am surprised with the lack of sign of camera shake.

In fact, it was from a fairly stable platform, and I used a high shutter speed. The fast-moving dolphins required it.

That 1/4000 top shutter speed is a life-saver! Fortunately, it was a bright day and I was able to stop the lens down a couple of stops.
