More beautiful autumn shots (sigh)! Sure wish I were there instead of my office.

I think I could handle living in Sweden (until my wife divorced me the first winter). Beautiful shots Kjell, I would love to see more scenery from from your country.

That's not divorce - all that snow means snowshoeing and cross country skiing! Let's GO!

Beautiful shots, beautiful countryside. My wife is willing to move north when we retire but she draws the line somewhere around the Mason-Dixon line (an old "line" that divided the US into a northern and southern half). We both miss the change of seasons but shewill not toleratelong or harsh winters. Neither my 13 year old daughter nor my seven year old son have ever seen snow or even a single snowflake. I like cold much better than heat; I am living in the wrong place.

Maybe we should trade places then: January is a good month to start:lol:
Any temperature below -20F feels the same.
It will be interesting to see if the new K10D can make it.

Tim - You could always try my area in winter - we get occasional snow but it doesn't stick around all that long. Days are normally above freezing, with very few nights below 10 F. Great weather for enjoying winter, but not enough to get tired of it. Summers arenice compared to lower elevations - I can't think when it has ever gotten above 100 F - it'spretty much about 30 degrees cooler than Los Angeles (and the humidity is almost always really low). In other words, the weather is just about perfect! Of course, then you'd have to deal with the fires in the summer...

- Harriet
