Now that's funny! I didn't even notice that. It's a log, but it does almost look like you could turn it on and wipe away the falls.

It's funny how you don't see things in the viewfinder. I had a friend who had taken a photography course who always stressed that (look in the corners and all around the edges), and I occasionally do that. However, bad habits are hard to break andonce in awhileits the things you don't see that are interesting.

Hope the "wiper" doesn't wipe away the falls - what about wiping away the log instead?

I haven't spent much time playing with photo editing software. I'm sure someone who's skilled at it could remove that easily. I'd just make a mess. In all honesty, I came home with so many pictures of waterfalls (almost 200) that I'm not too concerned about saving that one. It might be fun to try though.
