This shot was taken back in Hilo, Hawai'i. It is at the Panewa Zoo which is the only Rainforest Zoo in the US.

This caught my eye so I managed to get this shot.

This was taken with the 50-200mm Pentax DA lens at 200mm.

LOL! Now that's a realrooster and bull story! Love the picture! (apparently the software here doesn't like that other word).

Perfect in every sense. Great catch and colour too.

It's probably nothing special and they may always look like that - but I love that expression.

I was on the fence about the title but could not come up with anything that could be a better title for this kind of shot.

Thanks for the comments.

What's wrong with the title? A rooster is a cock. Ever hear of the USC Gamecocks? The term "Cock & Bull Story" is litteraly talking about a rooster and a bull.

My comment was about was the software on this site - not the title (which is really appropriate!). If you notice when you type the normal 4 letter word starting with a "C" the software puts the rest of the word as stars! That's why I changed my text to "rooster" - apparently the software here doesn't want you to use this common word (and I can think of several other ways this word is used legitmately - how one wears a hat, the procedure one takes to prepare a weapon for firing, etc.). I think that's almost (not quite) as funny as the title with the picture!

LOL....you're right! Boy do I feel stupid. I honestly thought you changed it on purpose. *Open mouth, insert foot.
