Very nice shots. My favorite is the first one, the landscape. You said you used your new Sigma zoom, is that the 24-135mm one?

Oh that is not true! We have hot and wet, very hot and wet, hot and dry, and pretty warm and dry. What more could we ask for? :? (Dreaming of a retirement home in Tenn!) BTW, where are you located in FL?

My new sigma is a 70-300mm APO DG zoom. I had read great things about it here and then I found a prety good price. At least I thought is was good at $300 Canadian new from a Canadian vendor. No import duties, just sales tax.I'm still getting used to it.I should probably get around to selling my old manual focus Pentax SMC zoom (75-150) that I've used with my ME Super for over 20 years.Cheers, and thanks for hte comments.Marcel

Marcel, great shots. I haven't been Halifax in over 10 yrs. Was there for my ex-wife's cousin's wedding. Absolutely beautiful city. We did'nt get far as we only had a coupe of days, but it will always be remembered.
