Not in the same class as some of those already posted, but autumn has only started recently over here.

Thanks everybody , willing to share was superb and the images shared were... wow! To help viewing them all I created an album of them at my server (hope I did not violate any copyright issues... some notice is in the album header):

http://diagnostika.ee/pildid/index.php

and if it opens up not in English then scroll to the bottom of page and push Union Jack to get all menus in Brittish :-)

Best and hope to see another such a busy and friendly thread from all over the world Pentaxians, JR

And sorry if it was a bad idea- I thought that rating/commenting via this album would be rather easy- but I can kill/delete any moment if needed

JR

I think that you should, at least, explain where you got those pictures from and why you put them on your server.

I cannot read your language, as most of us here will not be able to do, so it should also be in English. If you can do that I don't mind that you putthe three picture from me on your side. I cannot speak for the others.

Richard.

I don't mind my picture being there, but it would be useful to explain the source of the images and to indicate that they can't be used for other purposes... and there is a button at the bottom to translate the site into English as well as a couple of other languages.

Cheers, Mike

I think it's a good idea to make that webalbum, and it gives you a nice overview of all the entries.
However, there should be soem adjustments:

- it should be in English
- there should be a clear link back to this thread to explain where the image came from and what it was used for. (perhaps make the title "Steve's Digicams Pentax Monthly Challenge - October")
- if possible, put the authors name next to it.
- make sure noone has any problems with you posting their pics on there.

I was thinking, should it be an idea that the winner of the month not only choose a new subject, but also puts al the photos on a page at photobucket or someting like that ? We should al send our pictures to the winner and put them here on this forum of course ? It's some work, but you don't have to do that every month.

Or maybe reps can do that for us ? (Your site loads very slowly.)

Tom, can't you set up a poll on this board to vote ? I wantto use every day of this month to come up with something completely different.

Richard.

The votes so far:

1 vote for mntgal with this picture: http://www.stevesforums.com/forums/a...t.php?id=80865

1 vote for reps with this picture: http://www.diagnostika.ee/K100D/Captured.jpg
(not sure if daniel's and mntgal's comments were votes for this one or not)

I propose we let the voting continue till after the weekend. That way everybody had a chance to cast his/her vote.

On monday whoever won can post the new challenge theme then.
