I'm not at home right now, but it seems to me that if you have both photo browser and photo lab open, you can select all 30 of them (never tried more than about 6 at a time) and opened them in photolab. Then use auto (or if you have settings you want to apply) and then save, noting where. It will then save all of the ones selected. Does this make sense (wish I were home and had the program in front of me).

If you need a quick convert from RAW to jpeg just to view, I use this program

Sorry Darren, but this program simply extracts the embedded low-quality jpeg from PEF- for preview (at least under M$) there are better options...
But anyway- thanks for reminding the group about this superb (IMHO) software!

Best, JR

Didn't know that you could do it from the browser (I've always gone through PhotoLab). Thanks for the information!

I just open up PhotoLab, use Options to change the directory where I want to save the converted images, then open up the files (no more than 80 in PPL v2 as it crashes - PPLv2-1 & PPL v3 can open up as many as you like), set it to Auto (Manual works as well but settings might not be so good for batch processing), then hit the Save button and off it goes.

You might also want to set the image size & quality to maximum.
