Had a business trip to San Diego a couple of weeks ago and got to practice shooting some birds on the bay. Here's a seagull as the sun was setting.

When one boat came in, they tossed a few fish and started a feeding frenzy.

nice shots. I like that first pelican shot. These make me think of Finding Nemo with the Pelican and the Seagulls ("Mine mine mine mine"). Haha.

Really like the first two - the first one has such lovely light/color. Makes me want to go to the beach (probably because I'm heading to the desert this weekend, sigh).

I like the 2nd shot the best. The backlighting worked really well. I also like the sharpness and detail of the feathers. Well done.
