I was glad to see a reason for switching away from AA batteries. That was the first time I saw it explained and I can understand what he's saying. I am still disappointed in losing that flexibility though and it will make me put off buying the K10D. I'll be buying a K100D to go with my DL first. What's up with the questioner asking when Pentax was going to in-lens AF though? The performance of in-lens AF (on a Cannon Reble XT at least) is not that much superior to my Pentax DL's and I think wrapping the whole thing in the camera body makes for a seemingly more reliable package.   Thanks for sharing though.
