Two pictures from this morning's trip (love taking pictures in the morning). I'm getting a handle on it., and am starting to get some pleasing pictures from it.

This is 100% crop (may have been resized slightly, but not much).

Everyone has been posting birding pictures, but I haven't taken a good one yet. This crow is the closest thing I got to a bird today - I liked the sky.

Admit it, you photoshoped that plane into the first one .

Nice job of getting both the moon and the plane exposed so you could see them both well.

This really isn't photoshopped - the only thing I did to the picture was adjust the levels, cropped and a little USM. I got VERY lucky - I just happened to look up as the plane was going by and had to quickly focus the camera and shoot. The other thing that probably made this shot possible was that I was on high ground (another nearby mountain).

Wow, blue sky. I've forgotten what that looked like here in the Northwest. It snowed again today. Bah hum bug - Bruce

Great pictures!

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"FWIW Bruce we haven't seen much besides grey skies and white ground here in the upper midwest either.

Wow, love that first shot. Was that with your A* 300? You were definitely in the right place at the right time.
