So after battling it out with UPS -- i make it home at 8:30 PM with my camera!
I just take some indoor pix. These are just resize... I shoot in Av mode with no flash.
The lens that come with it is the tamron 28-200mm.
I'm still noob at this so any tips and suggestion would be great.

I also order a 50mm Pentax-A 1.7 lens. It's on its way. I can't wait.

John, I just picked up a Pentax 50mm 1.7 and all I can say is that your gonna love it for those indoor shots!

last shot is real nice. i even like the WB. i think i would have cropped or cloned out the edge of the lamp on the left side.

The last one is really nice! Cloning out the light on the leftis a couple of seconds work, and that's the only change I'd make to it, it's really a lovely picture. Tom - do you mean that you actually noticed this was taken in a mirror? I read the "Pentax without thinking but couldn't figure out what "normat" might be...

I also like the sculpture pic. Looking at #1, at first sight I thought the lens was Russian...

Lol! yeah.. i didn't realize i have a normat lens!
I'll take more pix this coming weekend when I'm not working during all the hours of daylight =).
