Found a few of these cute little guys floating around on a pond. Don't know if their called Redheads but that seemed a fitting name! Jim

I'd be interested in what others, who know something about birds say about your friend here. My Western Birds guide says that Redheads have bluish beaks with a black tip. Other than that it looks like the Redhead in my book.
