I'm all set to order my new k10d, but i was wondering should I waist my time and money combocamera and(18-55mm)lense kit or just get a body and buy a better lense? any suggestions for a lense would be helpful.

It really depends on what you want (there's no one-size-fits-all in photography). The kit lens is pretty good as far as kit lenses go. I still have (and use) the one that I got with my DS. If you aren't sure what lenses you'll want, I recommend getting it (they charge so little for it that its really a good buy) and then using it for a while. After a month or so you'll have an idea of what it does well and where it falls short, and will have a better idea what else you might want. There are better lenses out there, but all have advantages and disadvantages, so it helps to know what it is that you really need, and what you'll have to give up to get it. For instance, the kit lens isn't very fast, so if most of your shots are taken inside a gym, you'll want a faster lens. To get a zoom that is faster usually means adding weight and size - something you don't want if your primary camera use is for backpacking/hiking.
