I'm always partial to sunsets and sunrises. The color on both of them is outstanding.

Hi All,

Thank you for the nice words on my pics. I am glad you enjoyed them. Those sunsets in the winter are rare up here. There was VERY LITTLE PP on those pics. I am still marveling on what this camera produces.

I am Very Happy that I got rid of my Canon and got the camera I wanted in the first place... :G

3 & 5 are my favourites.3 is calm and vivid at the same time, 5 is just as gorgeous as sunrises can be.

Hi Kjell,

Sorry about that, Those are sunsets.....:O either way those skyies are rare in the winter in the U.P. of Michigan (the 51st state). The one that I am psoting now is the second snow that we have had here. I was on my way home from my biweekly smoke run...

After seeing numbers 5 & 6, I'd say you found plenty of color! Great job.

Rudy - that last picture you posted looked like the roads this morning on my before dawn commute! It was so cold, we still had snow on the hood of the Jeep when we got to West Los Angeles this pre-dawn (45 minutes late).
