i have tried very unsuccesfully at doing lightning photos

i got one with my K1000 years and years ago
not that we get to many storms

this is a good shot
something to keep trying with if you can
just getting the flash in the frame can be hard

this is a guy that lives in Perth that has taken lightening shots around here
i wish i was half this good

Great shot --- I need to try that here in Florida, where storms are pretty regular during the summer. :|

Love the shot - but don't think that I'd want to be out trying to capture it. I don't like electrical storms - the last one we had in our area started a bunch of brush fires all around us.
