It finally cleared enough in the West at sunset that I got to see Comet McNaught tonight. Tomorrow will probably be the last night it will be visible here in the northern latitudes. I have not done any night sky shots before and it shows. Even though I was using iso400, I still think it shows a lot of noise. The closenest to the Sunset gives the sky a red look. I shot this with my DA50-200 at 1/30 - f11. It is visible in the Southwest shortly after Sunset and I first found it with Binoculars about 4:50pm. This shot was taken about5:05pm. The clouds at the bottom are on top of the ridge and it was goneabout 10 minutes later. It actually looked quite a bit more impressive in the binoculars- Bruce
