I must be over the bug - thought I'd take something more "fun" than a bunch of depressing dark images of a wooden duck. Still didn't want to venture out, so I just took a picture through my window. This morning the sky was perfectly clear, looked like another lovely SoCal mountain morning. This afternoon this came creeping over the ridge, and the temperture went from the mid 50s in the early afternoon to low 20s after dark.

P.S. Taken with the DA 50-200, the house is abouta mile (or more)away.

mtngal,

Once again, GREAT photography on your part. You and Royce10 keep producing amazing shots. Keep it up, I really enjoy viewing them.

Very nice shots, the weather is even worse up here in No Cal and will be in the teens this evening.

Had sun most of the day today, but it was cold.

Thanks for the compliments, and Tom, don't feel bad - my outdoor thermometer says 11 F this morning (this is supposed to be Southern California?). It didn't snow, I'm sure there's black ice on the roads, so we'll wait before leaving for our weekend getaway in the Palm Springs/Indio/Salton Sea area.

Not fair...

However, very nice shots, and I remember how you urged for this fog six months ago!
