Do hope you get the lens - I have one and love it. It is the heaviest lens I have, but its also the sharpest and best quality lens that I have. It certainly convinced me that good lenses make a huge difference, and well worth buying.

I had that lens before I got the FA* 300 and it is a very sharp lens, so good luck with the auction.

You know that you are bidding against Roy? Why didn't you wait and leave the bid alone for a couple of days? You are bidding too early. Don't worry about me bidding now you have pushed the price out of my bid range.

I reallydidn't know it was him... I saw I was outbid and bid again... Then I got on here a few minutes later and saw his post. Had I known it was him, I might have let his bid sit a while.
