With my other digicam I found minus2/3 an F.stop a good setting for white birds.

Would appreciate the set-up used by others for birding in the field.

Thought I might try 200 ISO with maximum settings for Saturation,Sharpness andContrast so I can really cut back on editing.Will be out with the K10D.

This was not a Pentax shot but shows the minus 2/3 F stop.
