how do you cancel someones bid they made on an item. i have something listed that now does not meet the description i made. any help would really help.

I think there is a way to do it, but it might be problematic. I'd try messaging the bidder and ask him to withdraw his bid, citing the reason as, "lister changed item description", or something like that. I had to withdraw a bid once and that was one of the few choices Ebay gave me for a reason. Obviously be as polite as possible and tell him you'll notify him once the new listing is up.

Just stop the auction listing item not as listed as the reason and you will be good.
