Very nice website, Brendan! And an impressive selection of pictures, no "almosts" there!

Excellent website. Love the way the images appear. Alot of hard work has gone into this.

A minor point, though, is that the back key doesn't work in firefox. Or is that just me??

Works fine in Firefox on my pc. Love the fast load times and the great pics.

Do you mean the back key on the keyboard/mouse or within the site?

I'm curious. Are your original pics archived on that actual site. Or do you keep them elsewhere and they just load up onto that page?
The resized images are stored on the site, but not within the SWF file.
They are called in when needed from the URLs which are in the XML file.
It's possible to point the URL to Flickr or imageshack, or anywhere you want really.

When I click on the Gallery, then onto a pic, it comes up full-size, but the back button on Firefox, and on the keyboard are greyed out. Like I say, it could just be me. I go back to the home page and start again. No biggie.

Oh, I see. You just need to click the large image to return to the gallery.
The back buttons don't work with Flash because according to the browser you are still on the same page, but the content of the Flash object has changed.
I'll probably add it in so the Backspace key works, because thats what I always use too when browsing.

Gotcha. In that case it was just me. Congrats on a fantastic site.

Nice site, mine is quite boring in comparison. I have started a Blog at http://www.aicphotography.blogspot.com/ and I hope to get some people to give it a look and maybe pass some comments.

I really like what you have done with your site, looks great and works.
