It is not that bad: just think of it as an investement as well. The way Pentax prime lenses go these days should you decide to let them go you will recoup most of their original value.

My wife gets a bit annoyed with me buying, trying for a while and eventually selling of lenses. But she also noticed that I do get my money back. And that does not happen with her clothes/shoes/jewlery. I have to say that I am pretty lucky with her understanding my LBA.

I know what you mean by investment. I figure at worst case scenario - I break even, and the way Pentax is going, they'll probably discontinue these in the next few years and forge ahead with their DA Limiteds. Maybe not too, but I figure, it's a sound investment if I ever did want to sell them....cheers....Don

My hubby doesn't mind me investing in lenses, especially since I'm still using ones I bought in 1980. It really is an investment - if you like them they will last a very long time. I just envy you your budget - I'd love to have all of them. However, my photo budget this month will be taken up by Lightroom.
